The kindergarten covers an area of 8,300 square meters with a building area of 7,128 square meters and has 16 teaching classes. The buildings consist of several colorful villa-style structures, featuring spacious indoor lobbies and corridors, with each classroom having either an oversized courtyard or a skin-friendly balcony, connected by a unique circular rainbow track that runs through both indoor and outdoor spaces.

The entire kindergarten has been fully decorated and equipped according to curriculum needs, including specialized classrooms such as library, sand play therapy room, science exploration lab, creative art studio, little kitchen, and music & gymnasium. It is equipped with central air conditioning and fresh air systems, with air purifiers in every classroom to completely protect children from air pollution.

The kindergarten operates a day-care program, providing school bus transportation and meal services (two main meals and two snacks per day).

The kindergarten adheres to Shanghai World Foreign Language Early Childhood Education's high standards for faculty recruitment, actively hiring outstanding teachers nationwide, recruiting excellent overseas returnees, and employing qualified native English-speaking international teachers from around the world. All teachers participate in various professional training programs organized by Shanghai World Foreign Language Early Childhood Education.

Each class is staffed with three homeroom teachers and one life teacher, with international teachers leading half-day immersion classes to fully implement bilingual education and provide children with an authentic Chinese-English bilingual environment. All single-subject classes (sports club, reading Club, art club, science club, psychology club) are taught by professional instructors.

All teachers hold at least bachelor's degrees with corresponding professional qualifications, forming a dedicated, professionally competent teaching team with international perspectives and genuine educational passion.
